How to use Matters
- Press New matter. Only a title is needed; add the case number when it is numbered, and the court, client, other side, status and next date as you have them.
- Search by title, case number, court, party or tag, and choose which matters to show: those in hand, one status, or all of them with archived ones.
- Archive puts a matter away and keeps it; Bring back returns it. Delete, inside a matter, removes it for good after asking.
- Cases in the Cause list tracker are matters too, and the Today section on the start page shows their hearings.
- Matters are text kept in this browser: case papers stay where they are on your device. Turn on automatic backups in Settings → Data so they survive clearing the browser.
